Armed with a Master’s Degree in Psychology alongside Level 4 and Level 5 Real Estate qualifications, Denise understands that property is never just property, it’s people, pressure, personalities and emotions. Her ability to read situations, communicate clearly and keep everyone feeling supported is one of the reasons clients instantly feel at ease the moment they meet her.

Before real estate, Denise built an extensive background in project and event management, developing a reputation for professionalism, organisation and making difficult things look effortless. It’s a skillset perfectly suited to the fast-paced world of property, where no two days are ever the same and calm heads matter.

Waiheke Island has been home for more than 20 years, and Denise’s connection to the community runs deep. Her children were raised on the island, attending Te Huruhi Primary and Waiheke High School, and over the years she has poured enormous energy into local organisations and events. Most notably, Denise successfully ran the Waiheke Walking Festival for seven years, no small feat on an island where logistics, weather and moving parts have a habit of keeping things interesting. She also continues to volunteer with Waiheke United Football Club and supports a range of local initiatives close to her heart.

Carolina De Armas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Graphic Design and launched her first studio in Buenos Aires in her early twenties. After relocating to New Zealand over 22 years ago, she established herself in Auckland and has since been dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions while refining her creative expertise.

As an in-house designer, Carolina significantly enhances the marketing process by ensuring that property marketing materials are tailored swiftly, creatively, and effectively to attract potential buyers. “Our marketing packages play a crucial role in how properties are presented — whether through advertisements, brochures, or customized presentation books,” she explains. “We are committed to showcasing properties with thoughtfulness and engagement to captivate prospective buyers.”

Tom is one of the senior sales people on the island having moved into real estate in 2005 and working with the then Ray White franchise on the island. Since 2006 he has served as a Licensed Sales Consultant as Waiheke Real Estate.
Previous to that Tom and his brother Justin owned an iconic furniture brand in Auckland until the late 70’s when they sold it to a consortium. Then for nearly thirty nears Tom and his Kiwi wife lived in the “far north” of the US A and was engaged in the Industrial Packaging business which advanced into automated machinery systems. When they decided to move back to New Zealand, Waiheke Island was their pick.
Thus after a lengthy career involving complex B2B projects working with Vendors and Customers to achieve a beneficial outcome that effects each party in a deeply personal way is a joy to be involved in. Many customer and Vendors along the way have offered references and recommendations.
